Alocasia Black Velvet - 6"

Alocasia reginula (aka. the "Alocasia Black Velvet") is our most popular Alocasia plant, known for it's distinct color and texture of the leaves. Even though this stunner is a slow grower, it's definitely a show-er. 

Care: Plant your Black Velvet Alocasia in a well-draining aroid mix and plant in a warm, humid spot in your house or garden. Similar to their conditions on the floor of the rainforest, they want filtered, indirect light. Make sure you bring them inside during the winter, as they are not cold-hardy. Water frequently, but be sure not to waterlog the roots, as you will run the risk of root rot.
