Howdy! Allow us to introduce ourselves: We're Rhiannon Metcalf and Jessie Pagan, a couple of rowdy San Marcos locals and co-founders/co-owners of Headwater Plant Boutique. Early in 2024 we had an idea of an idea to start a plant store.
